    * Scale back Fat – check food labeling and choose low-fat items, grill instead of fry food and cut down any surplus fat.

    * Snack Check – plenty of treats are high in calories, fat, sugar and salt, so offer healthier options such as items from your nearby supermarket’s own healthier food range.
