Complimentary Therapy Questions Answered
What is complimentary therapy? Is complimentary therapy beneficial or just some type of scam? How expensive is complimentary therapy? In this article I will be answering these questions in my own mini guide to complimentary therapy.
What are you attempting to sell here? You may be thinking. Well absolutely nothing; in fact I do not even work in the area of alternative therapy; I am a person who runs a how to stop stuttering course here in the UK; I also work on projects to do with composite doors and business cost cutting.
Gone are the days when complimentary therapy was just something that hippies tried, that was back in the nineteen sixties. It is now actually quite hip and trendy to attend these types of treatments and what’s more they do work.
Complimentary therapy is basically what is says on the label, it is therapy that compliments your more traditional health treatments via for example a doctor.
I am often asked which of all of these alternative treatments is my favourite and I always say, without a moments hesitation, that it is an Indian Head Massage. I live a rather fast and furious pace of life; this is not a problem and I am generally a very happy person. I do not feel that I am stressed however the stress comes from trying to fit everything that I need to do into twenty-four hours and to keep all of my family, friends and business contacts happy. I am a person who thinks that it is a good idea to give your body a treat from to time; some people do this by possibly over-indulging in food I choose to go and have an Indian Head Massage treatment every four weeks or so.
I also, perhaps once every three months, attend a reflexology treatment. I have to admit that I was quite wary when I first attended reflexology as the thought of another person messing about with my feet was nothing something that particularly inspired me. In the end, I must admit, that I enjoyed every minute of it and I even booked another session prior to leaving to go home.
As for cost, I personally feel that it is quite cheap, an Indian head massage at my local natural health centre is only £25, this is for a treatment which lasts about an hour.
I am now starting to become quite adventurous and guess what form of alternative therapy I have booked myself in for next week? Aromatherapy – I will write another article to let you all know how it went.
Getting the Best Anti Aging Cream
There’s nothing that you can do to stop aging, but you can fight the evidence of it. There are a number of different best anti aging cream and anti age skin cream products that you may use, but besides using these creams there are other stuff that you’re going to need to do if you would like to keep your skin feeling and looking great.
If you need to remain looking young for so long as possible, then using the best anti aging cream is surely not all that you’re going to do. There are some tips especially that are going to be highly useful to you if you’d like to remain looking young, apart from using the best anti aging cream.
What to do
So besides relying on the best anti aging cream, one of the most important things for you to do is stay out of the sun. Sure we all like getting out there and getting tanned and feeling the warm rays of the sun, but this is so dangerous for your body. When you are out in the sun and particularly without any protection, you do more damage to your body than you realize.
So if you are ever going to be headed outside and even if it’s a cloudy day, then you’re going to need to apply sunscreen with at least SPF fifteen so you know that your skin is protected from the sun. This way you aren’t going to get freckles and finish up burning and possibly even getting cancer of the skin. The sun is an example of the main things that ends in aging prematurely so you need to be careful with when and how frequently you are getting out in the sun.
Another important tip, besides using the best anti aging cream, is for you to get massage therapy on your face. This is a comparatively new concept, one that is not all that famous yet. Massaging works to chill and ease other areas of the body, and so why not your face as well? If you would like the best results and wish to stay looking young and gorgeous, then massage is going to be a neat idea.
These are all great tips if you would like to look your best and fight the early evidence of aging. Of course eating right and exercising are going to help as well.
